6 Degrees – a community of local entrepreneurs, freelancers and collaborators – will be taking one of their popular ‘The Pitch’ events to the northern beaches for the first time next month.
6 Degrees members meet regularly to connect, help start new businesses, share ideas and be inspired by other like-minded people. The group has been hosting ‘The Pitch’ in Coffs Harbour for over two years.
But on February 1, three northern beaches startups will be taking to the stage at Rustic Mezedes restaurant in Woolgoolga where they will have five minutes to give the audience, plus an expert panel, an overview of their passion and their venture, where they are at the moment and what they need to do to move on in the future.
“We would love to meet the many entrepreneurs who call the northern beaches home and welcome them along to a great evening of mingling with other like-minded people to get inspired and assist our local startups to grow,” said Stephen Saunders, Council’s Section Leader Industry and Destination Development.
The panel and members of the audience will provide some guiding words of wisdom and thought-provoking questions to help propel the new ventures forwards.
All are welcome to come along to find out what 6 Degrees is all about and how it can help you reach your dream.
The evening will begin at 5.30pm on Wednesday, February 1, at :
Rustic Mezedes in Market Street, Woolgoolga.
Entry is FREE.
